It includes air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
Located in the Clot neighbourhood, one of the most sought-after areas of the Sant Martí district, it has a wide variety of shops and services in the surrounding area, such as the Westfield Glories shopping centre, a 10-minute walk away, with various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and other points of interest. Close to different green areas such as Parque del Clot or Gran Clariana.
It has great connectivity, with access to different bus lines, Tram stations, the nearest 5 minutes from Espronceda (T5/T6), just 10 minutes from the intermodal station El Clot - metro L1/L2 and Rodalies.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
