The nighttime area consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a small workspace with a table and chairs, ideal for studying or working. Additionally, it has a large window facing the interior patio, providing great brightness. The second bedroom is perfect as an additional bedroom or a workspace. Finally, the apartment has a spacious bathroom with a shower.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
