In 75 square meters you will find all the comforts for your stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of a wide corridor that connects the different areas of the flat. It has a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a seat as well as a television, it also has access to a cosy balcony. The kitchen is subtly integrated into the space next to the dining room, and has all the appliances and utensils necessary for day-to-day living.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms, the master bedroom en suite with a full bathroom with bathtub, the flat has a second bathroom with shower.
Located in the centre of Barcelona, a stone's throw from Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, it is surrounded by various shops and services, such as supermarkets, bank branches, pharmacies, all within a 10 minute walk.
A few steps away you will find different points of interest such as restaurants, museums, theatres and cinemas. The connection with the rest of the city is excellent, just 4 and 6 minutes walking from the metro stations Urgell (L1) and Universitat (L1/L2) respectively, and there are several bus lines in the surrounding streets.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
