This practical and functional one-bedroom flat has all the amenities you need for your stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of a hall that connects the bedroom, bathroom and living room. The living-dining room has access to a balcony with unobstructed views. The kitchen is integrated into the space but in an adjoining room, allowing you to make a break in the space, it is equipped with the appliances and utensils necessary for your day to day.
The night area consists of the double bedroom, which has access to another balcony with unobstructed views. The bathroom has a shower.
The flat has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
Located in the Eixample district, an area known for its modernist architecture and vibrant atmosphere, this flat is close to a variety of shops, services and places of interest. The emblematic Basilica de la Sagrada Familia is approximately 900 metres away and is one of Barcelona's most outstanding monuments.
There are several cocktail bars in the area, such as Casablanca and Kimbara, where you can enjoy a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. In the same building is Quintana & Asociados Asesores Financieros, a firm that offers financial advisory services.
In addition, the area has a wide range of restaurants, shops and other services that contribute to the comfort and quality of life in the area.
It also has great connectivity, the nearest metro station is Sagrada Familia (L2 and L5), located about 500 metres away, which facilitates access to other parts of the city, as well as having different bus lines.

- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
