This fabulous 174m2 apartment has a privileged location in Barcelona, and has been equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city.
The living room is bright and elegant, with access to the balcony overlooking the imposing Pedrera, which stands on the corner of Av. Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, a wonderful work of the Catalan architect, Antonio Gaudi.
The modern kitchen is impeccable, fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. It also has a central bar for more comfort and space when cooking. Next to the living room you will find a courtesy bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is a suite, has a built-in closet and a balcony; the spacious bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

Located in the heart of Paseo de Gracia, within the sought-after Eixample neighborhood. This is one of the most famous and luxurious commercial and tourist avenues of the city. A few minutes walk away we find the most famous houses of Gaudí: La Pedrera and Casas Batlló.
In addition, Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona's most important square, is a 15-minute walk away.
The nearest metro station is “Diagonal” (L3/L5), 2 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
