The kitchen is modern and American style, it integrates perfectly into the space. It has been equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment.
The sleeping area has 1 bedroom with king size bed, and a spacious closet. The bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.

Its location is extraordinary, in the sought after district of Eixample. This is a quiet residential area, where you will find local stores, supermarkets and all kinds of services, as well as small squares that invite you to relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink in one of the bars in the neighborhood. Very close to the apartment are located Plaza Universitat and the heart of Barcelona: Plaza Cataluña, which is the largest tourist and commercial center of the city with thousands of stores of the most recognized national and international brands as well as a varied gastronomic offer.
In terms of connectivity, it has a strategic location, next to Gran Via de les Corts Catalenes where the closest station is located: “Urgell” (L1).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
