Upon entering, the first thing you will see on the right hand side will be its bright living room decorated with elegant touches and natural fiber elements that will give it that touch of home that we are looking for.
The living room leads out to a cozy furnished balcony with completely exterior views. The kitchen is open and integrated to the living room, but with a large glass partition that gives "individuality'' to the space. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils and toaster.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. Two with double bed and one with single bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gracia, surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, recreational places and the famous Paseo de Sant Joan, ideal for walks and Sunday strolls.
In addition, the apartment is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. The nearest station is Joanic (L4) and it is only a 5-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
