Upon entering you will be welcomed by the living room, where you can entertain yourself watching your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. The bedroom has a double bed and the adjoining room has been equipped with a large closet and a practical desk, ideal for working or studying at home. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has a terrace and is equipped with air conditioning, radiator and wifi.

The apartment is located in Carrer de Pau Alsina, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
Nearby is the Paseo Sant Joan, a beautiful road that invites you to take walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The nearest metro station is "Joanic" (L4), 4 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
