This is a beautiful apartment completely renovated brand new with high quality materials. It is furnished and equipped ready to move in. The apartment has 33m2 perfectly distributed.
Upon entering you will find the living room with a comfortable armchair where you can watch your favorite series. The sleeping area has a double bed and a large closet.
The kitchen is modern and integrated, has all the utensils and high-end appliances such as refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob and washing machine. Here you will also find a small but cozy dining room.
The bathroom of the apartment is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, alarm and fiber wifi.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood El Raval, in the district of Ciutat Vella. It is a charming area where you can enjoy the oldest Barcelona and countless tourist attractions such as the Museu d'art Contemporani and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pí, among other museums and theaters that make up the area. Near the apartment there are all kinds of services such as municipal markets, universities, libraries, green areas and pharmacies.
You can get to know the rest of the city by public transport, with all kinds of metro and bus stops nearby.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
