This is a small but modern apartment, which has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the city.
Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room with access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer del Baluard. The kitchen is integrated, and has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from the day of arrival.
The bedroom is double and has a large closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi and alarm.
*The neighborhood:*
This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues.
La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. The beach of Barceloneta is 2 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park.
In Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 2 minutes from the apartment you will find a nice promenade where you can walk and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts anchored at the dock. It also has a number of bus stops.
The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 10 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
