This practical and modern apartment has everything you need to have the best stay in Barcelona.
The day area has a comfortable living room where you can relax from the day. The kitchen is independent, modern and semi-integrated with the dining room. It has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with storage space. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has laundry area and is equipped with air heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.

This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. Very close to the port and the Museum of History of Catalonia. Barceloneta is full of small squares that welcome us with the terraces of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas they offer.
The Barceloneta beach is 3 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sea all year round; at the same distance is the Barceloneta Park.
The nearest station is Barceloneta (L4), an 8-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
