The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and towels. The apartment also has a Wi-fi Internet connection, air conditioning, and a safe. This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is public parking within 250 meters of the apartment.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utility fee: 175 euros. At the end of the stay, the real cost will be calculated. If consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be made.
