Once you are in this square in the historic center of Barcelona, you can take any of the streets around it, where you will find cobbled streets full of history. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The master bedroom has a double bed and plasma TV, the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and towels. The apartment also has a Wi-fi Internet connection, air conditioning, and a safe. This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is public parking within 250 meters of the apartment.

Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed.

* 1 - 2 months: 750€ + VAT
* 3 - 5 months: 900€+ VAT
* 6 - 9 months: 1050€ + VAT
* 10 -12 months: 1200€ + VAT

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utility fee: 250 euros. At the end of the stay, the real cost will be calculated. If consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be made.
