The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each one and a dressing room or storage room, with a bathroom equipped with a shower. It is located in the attractive neighborhood of Barceloneta, just 5 minutes from the beach. The (hidden) room has comfortable sofas and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, and ceramic hob. It has two double rooms for up to 4 people. The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. This apartment is very well connected and can be easily reached by public transport, as well as being located close to many of the attractions of the city. The apartment is on the ground floor and is exterior. It has air conditioning in the (hidden) room, a ceiling fan in one of the rooms, and a Wi-Fi connection.

Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utility fee: 200 euros. At the end of the stay, the real cost will be calculated. If consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be made.
