This 55 m2 apartment is very comfortable, centrally located and has everything you need during your temporary stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of a spacious and bright living room decorated with bookshelves, a piano and the volta catalana on the ceiling that gives a lot of personality to the space. From here you can access the balcony overlooking the square known as Jardines del Doctor Fleming. Next to the living room, a room equipped as a study will become your favorite space if you study or work from home. It is spacious and receives natural light from the large windows that allow access to the balcony.
The kitchen is independent, has been recently renovated and has all the message, utensils and appliances necessary for you to cook from your arrival to the apartment, among them you will find: oven, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dishwasher and even the inevitable coffee maker.
The sleeping area has a double bed and a built-in closet. The apartment has 1 complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment has gas heating, air conditioning and wifi.
The apartment is located in Carrer del Carme, 3 minutes from Las Ramblas where you will find in addition to local stalls, varied restaurants and bars that open their terraces along the entire road.
The assorted and popular Boqueria market is located 3 minutes away; 7 minutes away, the Gran Teatre del Liceu; and 9 minutes away is the Plaza Real where you can enjoy the gastronomic offer of the restaurants and nightlife of the locals that are located there. One of the most important landmarks of the city is undoubtedly Plaza Catalunya, 8 minutes walk away, where you can find all kinds of stores and restaurants.
The Liceu station (L3) is located 3 minutes walking; and Plaza Catalunya station where you will find different metro and train lines, 6 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
