This is a modern apartment in the center of Barcelona, fully furnished, featuring a private terrace of 30 square meters located two floors above the apartment, perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment outdoors.
The living-dining room is cozy and very comfortable, ideal for relaxing and watching your favorite programs. The terrace, spacious and sunny, offers a quiet space to read, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply take in the pleasant city weather.
The kitchen is independent and equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the very first day.
The bedroom has a double bed and an open wardrobe. In addition, an extra room equipped as a study makes for the perfect space to carry out academic or work activities from home. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
It is located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, just steps away from countless tourist attractions such as the Barcelona Cathedral, the Bishop’s Bridge, and the Barcelona History Museum. It is also close to the coastline and the port.
In the surrounding area, you will find supermarkets, cafés, trendy bars, restaurants, and all necessary services.
It is perfectly connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest metro stations are Jaume I (L4) and Drassanes (L3), just a 5-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
