The property has 67.20 sqm of usable floor area according to the habitability certificate. It comprises a living room, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has two balconies. One offers views towards Montjuïc, while the balcony accessed from one of the double bedrooms overlooks Plaça del Pedró.

It includes heating, a washing machine, internet access and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and refrigerator. The apartment has wooden floors throughout and is located on the fifth actual floor of a building without a lift. There is no air conditioning.

The maximum occupancy admitted in this listing is two people.

The stay must be linked to a documented temporary need arising from studies, work, medical treatment or another limited residential circumstance. It is not intended as a habitual or permanent residence.

The reason for the stay, its duration and the tenant’s permanent address must be documented before signing.
