This 70m2 apartment is centrally located in Barcelona and has everything you are looking for during your temporary stay in the city.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright and modern living room with a comfortable sofa where you can relax and entertain yourself with your favorite programs on TV. The large windows invite you to the cozy terrace where you can enjoy and disconnect from the day.
The kitchen is independent, fully equipped with all the utensils, dishes and appliances necessary to make your stay the most comfortable, such as gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are double, exterior, have closet and access to the terrace. The third bedroom is interior, double, has a desk and closet. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has heating by gas radiators, air conditioning and 100mb fiber internet.

Located very close to Avenida Paralelo, this apartment enjoys a central location surrounded by all kinds of services such as supermarkets, local stores, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. It is also a very residential and familiar area, ideal for sports and outdoor activities towards the mountain of Montjuic.
On one side, it is very close to Plaza España, where you will find tourist attractions, a shopping center and several metro and bus stations. On the opposite side, Ronda Litoral and the port are a 12-minute walk away.
The nearest station is "Paral-lel" (L3) located 4 minutes walk away; and "Sant Antoni" (L2), 5 minutes away.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
