The living area is located on the first floor and comprises a modern living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. The apartment is bright and airy, with brand-new, understated, and elegant decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for everyday use, such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and freezer.
On this floor we also find a full bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area, located on the second floor, has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with a double bed; the other bedroom has two single beds. The master bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms have wardrobes for storing all your belongings.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The shared rooftop terrace is accessible to both of the building's duplex apartments.
This neighborhood is located on the Barcelona coast, and nearby you'll find all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and entertainment venues. It's also very close to the port and the Museum of the History of Catalonia.
Barceloneta is full of small squares that welcome us with the terraces of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas they offer.
Barceloneta beach is 4 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and have a snack in the afternoon with friends the rest of the year; in addition, the Barceloneta Market is 3 minutes away.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
