The day area consists of the living room and kitchen perfectly integrated. The high ceiling and the direct access to the terrace allow to fill the space with natural light. The details are essential and in this case is no exception, the moldings in blue and gold tones stand out harmoniously on the ceiling and combine perfectly with the colors chosen for the furniture and decoration. The dining room is very comfortable; and the kitchen is integrated with a bar and high chairs that will invite you to have meals and gatherings with family and friends. It is fully equipped with all the high-end appliances and utensils you need to feel at home, such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and even coffee maker.

The night area has 3 nice bedrooms, all with double beds and closets. The master bedroom, en suite, is very luminous and the most spacious. The other two bedrooms share a fantastic bathroom with shower and bathtub.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
