This is a beautiful apartment with spectacular views, fully furnished and equipped, ready to move into. It has approximately 65 square meters, perfectly distributed.
The living area comprises a bright and tastefully decorated living and dining room. The room opens onto a lovely balcony with sea views; ideal for enjoying Barcelona's privileged coastal climate.
The kitchen is separate and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as oven, microwave, refrigerator and gas stove.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
This apartment is located just a few meters from Barceloneta beach, the largest in the city. Furthermore, all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby. A sunset stroll through Port Vell is a must.
The Barceloneta neighborhood is an old neighborhood, where Barcelonans usually enjoy seafood dishes, tapas and fish, sharing a small beer.
The neighborhood is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The nearest metro stop is Barceloneta, L4.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
