This is a beautiful apartment of 50m2 fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in.
The day area consists of a beautiful and modern living room tastefully decorated with earth colors. The kitchen is American-style and has all the necessary high-end appliances.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the apartment has a studio, ideal for studying or working.
The apartment has wifi.
The location is very central. Steps from all kinds of metro and bus stop, in a residential neighborhood.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
