This is a beautiful fully furnished and equipped apartment in the Barceloneta neighborhood of about 32 mt2 perfectly distributed.
The day area consists of a beautiful living room, very bright and tastefully decorated in white tones. The living room has two exits to a large balcony, perfect to enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary appliances.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The location of the apartment is excellent. Surrounded by all kinds of stores, supermarkets, restaurants and trendy bars, you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues.
This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. The Plaça del Poeta Boscà is the closest to the apartment, just a 2 minute walk away. The Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away is the Barceloneta Park.
The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 7 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
