Located in the central district of *Ciutat Vella* , surrounded by all kinds of shops, restaurants, trendy bars, and all types of public transport, we find this comfortable apartment fully furnished and equipped.
The day area consists of a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a table for 6 people. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and access to a nice balcony where you can enjoy the climate of the city and the other one has a single bed. The beds share a complete bathroom with a shower.
The property has air conditioning, and electric heating. The apartment has wifi included in the rental price.
Its location is excellent. Just steps from the wonderful Citadel Park and the Arc de Triomphe.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
