It is a modern design apartment that fits perfectly into the modernist style of the building located in Portaferrisa street, 50 meters from the Ramblas, very close to one of Barcelona's main markets: La Boquería.
It has an excellent connection. It is two steps from Plaza Catalunya and the metro station Plaza Catalunya L1 or L3 Liceu.
The house has a communal garden, doorman and elevator.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
