On entering you will find the day area, which consists of a living room with integrated kitchen and a sofa bed. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The living room has an exit to a charming balcony where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
The night area has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower. It also has air conditioning and high speed internet connection.

This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues.
La Barceloneta is full of small squares that welcome us with the terraces of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas they offer. The Plaza del Llagut is the closest to the apartment,
The Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and a snack in the afternoon with friends the rest of the year; also 2 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park.
The nearest station is "Barcelona" (L4), 6 minutes walking.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
