The night area consists of 2 double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, the flat is fully equipped and furnished, with all the necessary to enter to live, it has air conditioning and heat pump, the WIFI is also included in the price.
The property has been completely refurbished and has a lift, it is very centrally located, just a few steps from Plaza Universidad and Plaza Catalunya.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
