The sleeping area is well laid out and has a bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and wardrobes, as well as a spacious private bathroom with shower. Next to this room is a separate multipurpose area with views of the street, ideal as a reading, work, or even play area. The other two bedrooms are also double: one is equipped with a wardrobe, while the other has two single beds and a desk area with a table and chairs. A second full bathroom with shower serves the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is decorated with style and quality materials, offering a unique combination of history and comfort. It is also equipped with heating and split air conditioning in the dining room and the suite bedroom.
Located on the iconic Ronda de Sant Antoni, you will enjoy a privileged location surrounded by cafes, traditional markets, and a wide variety of shops. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
