Located on Consellers street, in the heart of Ciutat Vella, this temporary rental apartment combines spaciousness, functionality and a privileged location to enjoy the urban life of Barcelona. The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining area with a table for six people. From here you have access to a small French balcony that allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of the neighborhood from the tranquility of the interior.
The kitchen is independent and well equipped, with ample work and storage space, ideal for those who enjoy cooking or need practicality in their daily lives. The layout of the apartment favors the separation between common and private areas, offering greater comfort.
The night area has a double bedroom with spacious closets, desk with chair and access to a French balcony like the living room, small but perfect to let in natural light and ventilation. The second bedroom is also double and maintains the functional style of the whole. A full bathroom with shower gives service to the whole house.
Located in the old town of the city, the apartment is surrounded by local stores, markets, restaurants and landmarks such as the Born or the Cathedral. 4 minutes away there are several bus lines and the metro station Jaume I (L4), which facilitates access to other parts of the city. A comfortable and well located option for a temporary stay in Barcelona.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
