This monthly rental apartment is located in a privileged location in the Born, with direct views of the imposing church of Santa Maria del Mar from the living room. It is located in the iconic Born neighborhood, just steps away from local stores, charming cafes and some of the best restaurants in the city. Nearby you will have the Gothic Quarter, another emblematic place of Barcelona, with the Cathedral of Barcelona and several museums to visit in the city.
Very well connected by public transport: the metro station Jaume I (L4) is about 4 minutes walk away, as well as multiple bus stops on Via Laietana.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
