This is a beautiful apartment completely renovated, with modern decoration in the heart of Ciutat Vella.
Upon entering you will find a beautiful living room, very bright with large windows overlooking the outside. The details are important and are shown in the volta catalana exposed on the ceiling, this is a very traditional construction technique in Barcelona. The kitchen is independent and modern, has all the necessary utensils and high-end appliances to cook from day 1.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms with double bed. In each room you will find a spacious closet to store everything you need. The bedrooms share two full bathrooms with shower.
The apartment does not have wifi and does not include sheets and towels. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Its location is excellent. The Sant Jaume square is a historical landmark for the city, here we find the Palace of the Generalitat and the City Hall.
A 4-minute walk away, we find the Cathedral of Barcelona, which has a cozy, beautiful and very dynamic square, because it hosts different urban shows, fairs, and other activities; and 10 minutes walking along Carrer del Bisbe and the busy Avinguda del Portal de l'Àngel, is located the Plaza Cataluña where you will find countless stores and commercial premises, as well as a varied gastronomic offer.
It is also a few steps from the famous Ramblas, whose promenade connects Plaza Cataluña with Paseo Colón. You will also have the metro station Jaume I (L4) at 3 minutes walking distance and Liceu (L3) at 6 minutes.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
