A spacious hall decorated with lots of charm welcomes you to this apartment with independent rooms distributed as follows.
Access to its bright living room through its entrance with arched frame, where you will find the sofa and TV area, a table with chair if you need to study or work, and the dining area with table for 6 people.
The jewel in the crown is the breathtaking views of the maritime area through its balcony. Enjoy colorful sunsets while having a coffee watching the city.
The kitchen is independent and very spacious located at the other end of the floor, has plenty of storage space, table for 4 people, laundry area and all the necessary utensils for your stay.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, the main one with double bed, fitted closets and access to a balcony. The second one with 2 single beds and closet.
Finally a bathroom with shower and a courtesy toilet.
Located a step away from the intersection of Paseo Colon and Via Laietana, your stay in Barcelona will have all the attractions and experiences offered by living in Barcelona, surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars, museums and historical sites. Close to the traditional Gothic Quarter and El Born, with access to various stores and services.
The access routes are excellent, it is only 4 minutes walk from the metro station Barceloneta (L4), 6 minutes from the train station “Estación Francia” and a step away from Ronda Litoral (B-10).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
