If your dream has always been to live near the beach, this 34 m2 temporary rental apartment is ideal for you. Located in the neighborhood of Barceloneta a step away from the beach you will have everything you need during your stay in Barcelona.
In the day area you will find a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, an absolutely cozy space for the textures of the materials that make up the space. It has a comfortable armchair and TV. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils for day to day life.
The night area consists of a double bedroom with closets so you can store all your belongings.
Finally a complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, this apartment is located in the heart of one of the most famous neighborhoods of Barcelona. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
