It is a beautiful and spacious apartment in *Ciutat Vella* , one of the most central districts of Barcelona. It has about 85 mt2 correctly distributed.
The day area consists of a large and bright living room with large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances.
The night's zone consists of 3 double rooms, those that share two complete baths with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and wifi.
Its location is perfect. It is surrounded by all types of commerce and near several stops of meter and bus.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
