If you are looking to become independent and live in a central location, this is undoubtedly the ideal apartment for you. It has been recently renovated and is ready to move in.
It is a flexible space of 34m2, which has been fully furnished so you can have a comfortable stay in the city. It has a double bed, closet, a practical desk, integrated kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. It also has a French balcony overlooking Carrer dels Cecs de Sant Cugat. The bathroom is complete, with shower, has speakerphone and bluetooth.
The apartment has high speed wifi.
The neighborhood:
The apartment is located in El Born neighborhood, one of the oldest areas of Barcelona. Every corner has a story to tell and walking through its narrow medieval streets, you can sit in one of its many small squares that seem hidden to enjoy some tapas on the terraces that overlook.
Nearby you can find beautiful monuments and tourist sites such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and the Moco Museum. The Parque de la Ciudadela is located a few minutes away, and is one of the favorite places in Barcelona for outdoor activities, sports or just sharing a snack with friends. A few steps away is Calle Princesa, which connects with Via Laietana, and is a busy street full of local stores, trendy bars and a varied gastronomic offer.
In addition, the Port Vell of Barcelona where luxurious yachts anchor and trendy restaurants open their terraces towards them, is a 10-minute walk away.
The nearest metro station is "Jaume I" (L4). France station is located 9 minutes away from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
