It is a modern apartment of 71m2, decorated with a lot of personality and located a few steps from both the city center and the sea.
The night by day has a spacious and bright living room, the details take over the entire space creating an atmosphere full of style. From this space you have a view to Carrer de Fusteria. The kitchen and dining room are integrated in an adjoining space, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, one of them with dressing room. Both bedrooms have a balcony and share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
*The neighborhood:*
Located on Carrer de la Fusteria, in the Gothic Quarter. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods with more history to tell. Its hidden squares are still the favorite places to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax. The apartment is located just a few meters from Port Vell, which is a waterfront port in the heart of Barcelona and offers a wide range of activities for tourists and locals alike. The area is known for its stunning views of the sea and the city skyline and is home to several popular tourist attractions, such as the Barcelona Aquarium and the Maremagnum shopping mall.
Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade and enjoy the sea breeze while admiring the yachts and boats moored at the marina. The area also has several restaurants and bars serving delicious local cuisine and drinks, making it an ideal place for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.
The nearest metro station is "Jaume I" (L4) a 4 minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
