Located in a very central area of Barcelona, a few blocks from Las Ramblas, we find this spacious 124 m2 apartment, which has been completely renovated.
The living and dining room is spacious and very comfortable. The modern touch, which contrasts with the typical Barcelona hydraulic tile flooring, creates an atmosphere full of details and good taste.
The kitchen is a separate space that even includes a convenient breakfast nook. It's fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishes, and appliances for cooking at home, such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. From here, you have access to the laundry room and then to the spacious private terrace where you can relax and unwind after a long day.
The sleeping area features three comfortable double bedrooms with wardrobes. The first bedroom is very bright, thanks to the beautiful arched window that stands out in the room, and is perfect for flooding the desk with light. Another bedroom also has a desk and a small balcony leading to the terrace. Finally, a fourth bedroom, equipped as an office, is the ideal place to study or work. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet located on the balcony.

The area is surrounded by narrow streets and small squares, perfect for sitting and enjoying a bite to eat. Just a few meters away is the Sant Antoni neighborhood, which boasts a peaceful, residential atmosphere and is fully equipped with all amenities, shops, and supermarkets.
The nearest station is "Sant Antoni" (L2), 5 minutes from the apartment.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
