The living room and kitchen are integrated in a cozy and compact space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, you will find crockery, utensils and basic appliances for everyday life.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with double bed and closet. One of them has a practical desk, perfect for studying or working comfortably. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.

The apartment is located in one of the central neighborhoods of Barcelona, the historic neighborhood El Raval, in the district of Ciutat Vella. It is an area where you can enjoy the oldest side of the city and countless tourist attractions such as the Museu d'art Contemporani. Near the apartment there are all kinds of services such as municipal markets, universities, libraries, green areas and pharmacies.
The apartment is located in Carrer de Ferlandina, a few steps from the Rambla del Raval. Plaza Cataluña, the most important square in Barcelona, is located 10 minutes away and Plaza Universitat, 7 minutes walking distance. In addition, the Sant Antoni neighborhood, which has small squares and terraces that offer an unbeatable gastronomic offer, is a 3-minute walk away.
The nearest station is "Universitat" (L1/L2), 5 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
