This apartment offers a spacious, comfortable, and bright layout, ideal for a functional and well-connected temporary stay. The living area is organized into a spacious and inviting living-dining room, equipped with a sofa, television, dining area, and a practical desk, perfect for both everyday use and working remotely. From this space, you can access a furnished balcony overlooking the street, an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh air at any time of day.
The kitchen is separate and gas-powered, designed for convenient and complete use. It includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a separate laundry area, which provides extra practicality and organization.
The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms, both equipped with wardrobes and designed to offer a quiet and comfortable environment. The apartment also includes a functional and well-designed full bathroom with a shower.
The house has air conditioning, heating and high-speed wifi connection, guaranteeing comfort throughout the year.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
