This monthly rental apartment is located in the maritime area of Badalona, in a modern building with elevator. It stands out for its brightness, spaciousness and a nice covered terrace with direct sea views, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a relaxed dinner.
The living room is spacious and very bright thanks to its large windows that give access to the covered terrace with table and chairs, a perfect space to disconnect or work with natural light. From the living room, a sliding door communicates with a fully equipped independent kitchen, which also has access to the balcony and offers ample work surfaces and good finishes.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom suite with double bed, built-in closets and private bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms are single, each equipped with table, chair and closets, making them ideal spaces for studying or teleworking. In addition, there is a second full bathroom with shower.
The property has air conditioning, heating, high speed wifi and parking space with possibility of a second parking space.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
