Vi söker en lägenhet med billigare hyra samt hyfsat fräscht då vi inte orkar med stora renoveringsprojekt men skulle du ha en lägenhet där det krävs lite renovering är du välkommen att höra av dig så kan vi se vad som behövs göras innan jag tackar nej.
Allt är av intresse (med mina önskemål i åtanke) så länge det är hyfsat fint och väl omhändertaget med en rymlig hyra. Gärna rökfritt (inte rökt inomhus) då min man har astma.
