This rental is only for students:
Spacious studio apartment, halfway between the sea and the town centre, very close to Panteio and Harokopio Universities. Safe neighborhood, with all shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, drag store etc.). In the studio you’ll find everything you need to live there – bed linen, blankets, towels... the kitchen is fully equipped... with a small private courtyard where you can get some fresh air.
As you can see in the advert, the rent is 500 euros, excluding bills. As it is noted in the ‘Utility costs’ section, you’ll need to pay a monthly amount of 150 euros, which covers the building’s service charges (including central heating), water, electricity and an internet connection with Wi-Fi. Therefore, for the duration of your stay, you’ll need to pay a total of 650 euros per month, all-inclusive.
