The space
This 24sqm studio apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator, prepare for a mini-workout). The apartment consists of two main spaces: a fully furnished bedroom and a combined living room/kitchen. Our kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, perfect for cooking up a homey meal. The laundry machine ensures a hassle-free stay. From the balcony, you can catch a view of the Eiffel Tower's tip, adding a romantic touch to your Parisian stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. All the appliances, from the laundry machine to the coffee maker, are at your disposal. Feel free to cook, launder, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee while watching Paris go by from your private balcony.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Given the proximity to bustling nightlife and food spots, some street noise might be heard but generally, the apartment offers a cozy escape. Also, while the apartment is fully renovated, the building exterior is in its original state, adding a dash of authentic Parisian charm to your stay.
