This spacious and charming apartment located at Campamento neighborhood, in the Latina district, is divided into 3 rooms with a single bed and a bathroom, the living room is very bright, has a sofa, television and a seating area. dining room with table and their respective chairs, the kitchen is very spacious and comes fully equipped for your entire stay, it has large windows where spectacular natural light enters.

A charming neighborhood located in Latina, located very close to Casa de Campo, Madrid Zoo Aquarium, Madrid Amusement Park. Apart from having many activities to do, there are also various bars, restaurants, pubs... it is located just over half an hour from the center, it is a perfect area to live quietly.

A few minutes walk from the *Colonia Jardín metro stop (line 10).* This apartment has the advantage of living near the universities Francisco de Vitoria , Nebrija , ESIC and Complutense of Madrid.

- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
