This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short term furnished lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, work experience or internship.
It is a 70m² flat located on the 4th floor with lift, only 1 minute walk from the metro line 9.
It is composed of:
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing machine...
- A living room with a sofa and TV
- A first bedroom with a double bed
- A second bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- Storage space
- TV and broadband internet
- Bed linen and towels provided

Le quartier
Nestled on the outskirts of the capital, Boulogne-Billancourt is a city with many assets, also known as the 21st arrondissement of Paris. Boulogne-Billancourt is surrounded on one side by the Bois de Boulogne and on the other by the Seine. Divided into two distinct communes, there is Boulogne-Sur-Seine, residential, and Billancourt, working class, which was the former historic stronghold of the Renault factories.
This town has many places of interest such as the Paul Belmondo Museum and the Théâtre de l'Ouest Parisien. With its many green spaces, the Edmond-de-Rotschild Park is particularly popular, offering lovely walks in the alleys of its French gardens.

Transports
The geographical location of the flat will allow you to move very easily and quickly in the whole of the capital via these numerous possibilities of public transport:
Metro: Marcel Sembat (line 9), located 1 minute away on foot
Numerous day and night bus lines
Vélib station
Several taxi companies available: G7 taxis (the most used): call 36 07.
Motorbike spaces in front of the residence and car spaces. (Payment 9am-7pm)

- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or school)
- 1 email address
1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be made on your arrival and departure.

Arrivée en SEMAINE

Le Check-in : entre 15h et 18h
Un agent prendra contact avec vous pour planifier votre arrivée, et échanger sur la modalité de récupération des clefs.

Early check-in : entre 10h et 15h sous réserve de disponibilité.
Late check-in : entre 19h et 23h, il vous faudra venir récupérer les clés à notre bureau
Arrivée le WEEKEND

Le samedi ou le dimanche : entre 15h et 23h
Les clés seront à récupérer dans nos locaux situés à proximité de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Nous nous assurerons que votre arrivée se passe en toute tranquillité, et nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

Arrivée dernière minute

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe

Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office.
WEEKEND arrival

Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Last minute booking
For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
