Pizza or a five-course meal for your date in your own apartment? In your private kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and ceramic glass cooktop you can be a master chef.

Best conditions for successful studying. Of course we have equipped your apartment with a desk. Completed with a comfortable chair and lots of light from outdoors – you’re good to go.

The monthly rent for this accommodation depends on the duration of your stay with us and looks as follows:

- Rental period 5-7 months: 2879 zł per month
- Rental period 8+: 2619 zł per month
- Deposit: 1 month rent

One-time costs:
- Booking Fee (mandatory): 260 zł at move-in
- Final cleaning (mandatory): 199 zł at move-out
- Processing Fee (mandatory): 90 zł at move-in

Contracts always start on the first day of every month and end on the last. We need a copy of your passport/ID card in order to proceed with the booking.

Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. The first month rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. The deposit and fees need to paid to us directly and should be completed before moving in.
