Subrental and room rental are forbidden.
•Registration / Deregistration / tax payment required for registered lessee is obligation of lessee, which is none of responsibility of lessor. Address Fraud is forbidden. Any risks, penalties, fine from government, municipality and tax authority etc, and related consequences and losses are all at the responsibility and costs of lessee, which is completely irrelevant to lessor.

The booking procedure:
• After the online payment done, landlords would be able to take over and directly contact tenants through email or what's up.
•To complete the reservation, deposit payment directly to landlords is obliged within two (2) days after the rental contract received from Landlords.
•Without deposit paid in time, the preliminarily booking will be automatically invalid (cancelled). Related consequences and losses are all at the responsibility and costs of lessee, which is completely irrelevant to lessor.
