Das Apartment ist 25 qm groß und modern eingerichtet. Im Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett (1 Matratze geeignet für eine Person oder ein Pärchen), ein Kleiderschrank und ein Fernseher. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sowie einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind vorhanden.

The apartment is 25 sqm large and modern furnished. In the room there is a double bed (1 mattress suitable for one person or a couple), a wardrobe and a TV. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker and a small dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.
We provide free WiFi.

A weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available on request for € 48,00 per week.

The apartment in the Siegesstraße is very close to Cologne ́s trade fair (Köln Messe). The neighbourhood also offers everything you can expect from Cologne: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. hopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity
In addition, the apartment is located close to the Rhine, where you have many opportunities to spend your free time.

All important destinations are within walking distance. The main station at the cathedral is 20 minutes walk away and from Bf Köln Messe/Deutz, underground lines go in all directions (more info at (hidden)). The airport is only 10 minutes away with the train.

Das Apartment in der Siegesstraße liegt sehr nah an der Messe (Köln/Deutz). Der Stadtteil Deutz bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Vielfalt von gastronomischen Angeboten aller Art. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nah am Rhein, wo man viele Möglichkeiten hat, seine Freizeit zu gestalten.

Alle wichtigen Ziele sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist 20 Gehminuten entfernt und vom Bf Köln Messe/Deutz fahren U-Bahnlinien in alle Richtungen (mehr Infos unter (hidden)). Der Flughafen ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt.
