🛏️ Möblierung – flexibel anpassbar für WG-Bedarf

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und wohnen aktuell selbst in der Wohnung. Das bedeutet:
• Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert übergeben – die großen Möbel wie Sofas, Regale, Esstisch, Schränke und Kücheninventar bleiben drin.
• Die Zimmer für die WG können individuell an eure Bedürfnisse angepasst werden:
• Kinderbetten oder Doppelbett können auf Wunsch entfernt werden.
• Tische und Schreibtischstühle bringt ihr idealerweise selbst mit – so richtet ihr euch euer Zimmer so ein, wie es für Studium oder Arbeit am besten passt.
• Wenn ihr eigene Betten mitbringen möchtet: auch das ist möglich – sprecht uns einfach an!

🛠️ Hinweis zu einem der Bilder:
Auf einem Foto wirkt ein Schlafzimmer etwas dunkler – das liegt daran, dass die Jalousie just in dem Moment der Aufnahme kaputt war und sich nicht hochfahren ließ. Das Zimmer ist in Wirklichkeit sehr hell, und die Jalousie wird selbstverständlich vor eurem Einzug repariert.

We are a family with two young children and currently living in the apartment ourselves. This means:
• The apartment is offered partially furnished – major furniture such as the sofa, wardrobes, dining table, shelves, and all kitchen items will remain.
• The bedrooms can be adapted to your needs:
• Baby beds or the double bed can be removed if not needed.
• Desks and chairs should be brought by you, so you can set up your rooms to suit your studying or working preferences.
• You’re also welcome to bring your own bed – we’re flexible!

🔧 Note about one of the pictures:
In one photo, a bedroom appears darker – this is because the shutter just broken at the time of the photo and couldn’t be raised. The room is actually very bright, and the shutter will of course be fully repaired before move-in.
