- One cleaning per month is included in the rent. Additional cleanings are available starting at €25 per service. If needed, we can provide an extra set of sheets and towels for tenants to change and wash themselves.
- Parking is available at an additional cost. Guests are provided with an access card, and upon their first entry, they must use the card and proceed to the payment machine to pay the monthly fee.
- Guests are allowed for a maximum of 3 nights.
- There is a café/restaurant in the building, open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Sundays until 1:00 PM.
